Anyone know what this chick is doing?

Hahaha, just the other day two of my friends, who are on my school's tennis team, went to this yoga workshop where they taught this. Imagine 30 people in a room all doing this for 30 min. My friends called it alien breathing.
 
I have seen that chick before. Don't remember where, tho.

Is that a breathing exercise? Or a facial exercise? Or a combo of both?

Man, that is friggen weird.

Imagine if she gives herself a heart attack doing that and her face freezes on one of those positions? What the ER ppl would say.

I think she did some exercise video infomercials a couple? of years ago.

A weird boss of mine at my first job had that video and showed it to me. It's an exercise video that supposedly makes you lose weight.
