Oh... and the power isn't mostly malted wheat powder. It's mostly dried egg whites. The rest of the "recipe" is a secret. Only three or four people actually know the rest of the ingredients. It supposedly ranks up there with Coke and the Colonel's secret recipes as the country's most highly guarded secrets in the food industry.
