I played this game several times in the mid 90s, and I'm wondering if it ever came out for a home console.

Basically, it was a car racing game, but you raced through the streets of some european city. The cars were small, like an Austin Mini or something like that. You could crash through street cafe's and the chairs in the cafe would go flying (semi destructible enviroment I guess) and the arcade cabinet had an e-brake that you could pull on to help you do turns.

Anyone know what game I am describing?

did you drive at angles and take little jumps over logs, drive through snow, etc? Kind of like rally car racing?

Not that I remember.. but that doesn't mean it wasn't.. I only remember the city track. I remember the city was kind of hilly though.

Does anyone remember:

Cote d'Azur Rally?

Did what I describe sound like it?

Hey - I think that might be it! If I could see some shots from the attract mode, I'd know for sure.. but it looks about right! Thanks!

We had one called Midtown Madness in 1999. That was Chicago though. It allows quite a bit of damage.
