its definately elitefitness.com.... I modeled my workout after this kid, if its the same one you are referring to. He took pictures weekley of his gains performance wise as well as mass wise. He took 1-ad and protein. I also chronicled my gains weekley on a month cycle of 1-ad. You should be able to find it there.
