Anyone know the URL of the wbe based IP trace program?

There was one that gave you a cool map I thought, and showed you where the IP was at based on a map.... Or am I on crack?
 
I dont think you can find the IP with MSN Messenger. Netsta always returns the MSN servers. I believe the connections are opened through a MSN server, which strips the IP info and replaces its onw. So, you get an IP address and its for the Microsoft server, not the far end client.
I may be wrong however, but thats my experience. Only used Netstat for it though.
