Anyone know of software that can measure my DSL downloads, for Napster????

I just got SDSL (930k down/860k up), and I would like to measure my downloads (and uploads if possible) amount in MB, in a cumulative way. Since I'm on Napster a lot, I would like to know how much I download and how much other people upload from my computer. Is there any free software that I can download that will monitor my transfers???

Can anyone help me out. Thanks a lot

Zone Alarm, which is a firewall, measures how much you have uploaded and downloaded, although I think it resets each time you reboot your PC. There could be an option somewhere that logs it though. I'm sure there are other (better!) programs that someone will mention though. I'd be interested to see as well
