Anyone know of: RBENH.exe ?

Does anyone know of this file, what it is, what it does? It's rbenh.exe - kinda suspicious. I'm trying how to remove it... can't find much information on the web.

I ran Ad-Aware 6 and Search & Destroy couple times and it doesn't detect it.

Computer is running Windows 98 SE

Rt click the file and choose properties.
That might give you a clue.

My research shows it to be a redirector. Are your definition files for AA6 and SB uptodate?

Any, delete it, and do a search for it in REGEDIT and remove all references.

Yeah... they're both up-to-date. I found a folder under C:\Program Files\RBEnhancer - wondering if it's save to delete it or not. It's not under the Add/Remove list.

If I go to REGEDIT and find whatever that's associated with RBENH (along with sahagent, wupdater), what's safe to delete? The entire folder?

I also downloaded this file called cleaner.exe found here - hoping to remove the rbenh file - no luck; still running in the background.
