I really don't care for restaurant steak at all. To get a halfway decent one, you are paying 5 times the cost what I cook it myself for.

To top that statment off, the only good steak is one cook yourself from a side of beef that was cut up at a small town butcher shop.
Vi_Edit, I know a butcher in Cresco, IA that prepares/cuts a side a beef like no other I've seen. And he's reasonable too! Sirloin steaks that melted in your mouth. T-bones, Strips and Ribeye that required nothing more than a bit of salt and peper.
reminds me that I need to call up a buddy to get that cow slaughtered and sent to the butcher. $2.00 averaged out for 60% ground beef and 40% steaks and roasts is the only way to go!
