Anyone know of a website where you can purchase prepaid Visa/Mc or gift cards?

Need to buy a Prepaid mastercard or Visa, or visa/Mc gift cards.

Anyone know a merchant or site that sells these and allows use of paypal to fund them?

That's the prepaid MC site, no idea if you can fund from Paypal though.

BTW, Paypal has a debit/ATM card with the MC logo, you can use it to pay at MC accepted locations, money comes straight from your Paypal account.

yeah I have a green dot card and its cool and all but Im looking for a second one that will allow reloads via paypal..

Well this card is going to be for a girlfriend in college and Id rather have control when it comes to how much money she has/allowed to spend.

Create a new Paypal account, go to your bank and get a new checking account (one with no annual fees preferably), put maybe $20 in it, and tie it to the Paypal account. Then get that yummy Debit/ATM card from them, and you can Paypal money to her whenever you like, or she can go to the bank and deposit money or whatever.

Thats a good idea, maybe what I'll do if I cant find a paypal loadable one, I foudn one called the hilary duff card LOL, looking in to that now

with atm/debit cards you can still go over whats in your account.

This is exactly what i need. I need a card i can do a montly load to put funds in so that my sister can buy meds for my mom. if anybody knows of one please please PM me.

yeah just goto rite aid and get a Green Dot prepaid master card

You didn't read it all, it's a PAYPAL debit card, as in it takes the money from your Paypal account, not a bank account. Put the money into Paypal, then spend it, you can't spend more than you have in your Paypal account.
