Anyone know of a website or prog that will speak typed text in various voices?

I'd like to play a practical joke on a neighbor....I need to emulate the "at the tone, the time will be" voice specifically. Anyone?

No dice, I get "the page cannot be displayed" when I click "synthesize".

that site didn't work for me either. Looks cool though.

Previous versions of MacOS had something that would do that. Also, I think that the "BonziBuddy" program has a text-to-speech feature. I don't know if it does various voices. Plus it's a stupid program anyway that fux0rs your computer.
