Anyone know of a utility that will map function calls in source code?

I have about 30 pages of source code with a bunch of functions in it. A lot of the functions call eachother, and Im looking for some sort of utility to map those calls. Im sure theres something out there, text based or graphical, that would let me know in some tree form of what function calls what.....any idea of a software that can do it for me?
