Inwin's V-series microATX towers come with a short-depth full-ATX power supply (not microATX).

It's called the PS3 form factor (150Wx100Dx86mmH). Sparkle Power has 'em up to 250W (FSP250-60SPV, which is also a Fortron part no.), but I don't know where you can buy one - try pricewatch.com .
. Here's a link to something: http://www.usereasy.com/components/mps3h4-250w_pc.htm

provantage.com is supposed to have 200W Enlight PS3s at $22.+sh.

monarchcomputer.com is heavy on Sparkle/Fortron PSUs. Perhaps they might special order one for you. A good company to deal with.

1u server cases are bult with a pretty small power supply. The lenth is probably average, maybe even longer, but at less then 2 inches tall, you might be able to just install it at another angle.
