Anyone know of a good TIFF to JPEG converter?

We have some pretty big TIFFs here at work that need to be converted, roughly 45mb in size.

I resized one down witih photoshop and put it as a jpeg and it was down to 200kb or so.

Does anyone have any experience with a FREE software that can do this sort of conversation?

Imagemagick, excellent for batch conversions, though there are graphical frontends as well.
