I've been looking around but have failed to find any free beeper services that look reliable (smartbeep).

If anyone knows of any with no monthly fee or a real inexpensive fee, it would be really appreciated.

Thank you for your time,

How expensive is real inexpensive? I see them for like $5 - $6/month paid yearly at stores all the time. Simple numberic paging service, no bells, no whistles. Doesn't seem too bad to me, I used to pay $12/month when I had a pager way back when.

Well, we're trying for real real cheap here..

My friend snagged a deal with this one place for $2.00 a month, but that no longer exists.

this may be usless, but I've heard of a company..dont recall the name, but they are sold in Target. You pay for the beeper and activation and people pay for the pages that they send u.
