Want to surf anonymously, but can't find anything faster than 3kb/s...

surfing anonymously or hacking anonymously? J/K I use a program called Steahth Anonymizer once in a while only when need it because it slows down my connections.

Go to this site and download MultiProxy 1.1. It's free, and it works pretty well. Once you've installed it and loaded a new list of anonymous proxies, go to Privacy.net, do a report on your connection, and determine if your IP has been masked. (Be sure to configure IE to use a proxy through a certain port.)
