Hey guys, I ordered one at the beginning of the month too, I first got ship date: 12/10/01. That seemed pretty good, but on Dec 10 it had changed to 01/02/02!!!!!! Unacceptable, I called Dell 3 times, those morons are completly disorganised. One rep told me it was in stock, but they just didn't know where as they have tons of warehouses. They don't even know in which warehouse it's in stock, the order just first goes to the first warehouse, then the second, etc...and according to the rep it can take days for an order to be transfered. I yelled a little bit and complained a whole lot, and finally the guy said "let me check if I can speed things up"...and my Clie got shipped on that same day!!!!! just call them, wait 40 minutes on hold, and don't hang up until the guy agrees to ship it to you ASAP.
