I need to get a new mouse b/c my G5 just died; tried to fix but it's a goner.

I'm looking to get a performance mx or a g9x, but I want to try them out first. Anyone know if Microcenter has these out on display? Or maybe best buy?

This might sound a little crazy but have you thought about just calling them? 😀

They're not open yet & won't be for a while, lol. If I don't get any useful replies, then yeah i'll do that when i wake up.

your signature is fail, so i cannot answer this question.

I haven't touched my signature since uh... early 2000s, lol. Don't care enough to fix it. I mean the AT feature where you could log your computer specs doesn't even exist anymore & hasn't for a long time. The rest of it is a quote from "The Charge of the Light Brigade," a poem I like.

Why would you think anyone on here would know something so specific as your request? I'm baffled as to why your first thought wasn't "Hm, i'll just wait to call them and find out."

Is your mouse still under warranty? I've heard that Logitech customer service is amazing and they have been known to replace defective / failed equipment to keep the customer happy. Just a thought.

It's like $50, just buy it and return it if you don't like it. Or get better friends. I've never heard of a store that lets you test a fcking mouse.

I haven't walked down that aisle in ages. But I do remember that they don't have all mouses on display to handle. I would call them before going.

ps. If you don't live on the Cambridge side of the river, good luck trying to get to MicroCenter til tonight after the Marathon/Red Sox game are way over.

you can do it you just have take the extreme long way around

getting on the highway is your best bet, however getting there is the issue
