anyone know if a passively cooled 6600gt agp going to be made?

I would like to know if there was a 6600gt agp that was going to be passively cooled. I know gigabyte make a vanilla 6800 passively cooled? Anyone heard anything?
 
@ 500MHz I personally do not see that happening, unless it could be a large enough heatsink.

But I would think that the standard 6600 @ 300MHz could possibly see a passive heatsink.
