Anyone know how to uninstall Eclipse?

I know that Eclipse is not actually a program so you cannot go to add/remove applications and remove it. I have searched the directory it is in and cannot find anything. I just installed cygwin and it doesn't recognize it. So, I think i need to uninstall it then reinstall. Any have any suggestions?
