Anyone know how to slow down music on their comp?

are there any programs or anything that I can use to slow the music down on my computer? I'm trying to pick apart bass lines so I can learn to play them, it's allot easier to do that when the music is moving slow, rather than at full speed. If anyone knows of any programs, please let me know.

Goldwave will do it easily... just load the track you want, pick "Time Warp" from the Effects menu, then pick the new length for the song...

soundforge will do it also... but if that winamp plugin is free, then i would go that...
