Anyone know how to manually remove GATOR Spyware?

I've been "infected" and want to remove all the "trash" (executables, etc. that make the spyware work, reg entries, etc...) I'd guess there's an "established procedure out there somewhere to do this but I haven't been able to find one...

Can anyone help?
 
I also use SpywareBlaster with my Ad-aware and Spybot programs, using all three together gives excellent protection.

SpywareBlaster actually blocks spyware from getting on your PC in the first place.
