Anyone know how to get subscriptions to work?, Anandtech support wont reply

I signd up, but every time I try and log on in the subscription login page it tell's me I'm not a subscriber. Dose it take a few days to activate or something?, how n the world do I login!. :^( Help......

It worked right away for me. Did you get a confirmation email?

After you pay, you should get a link immediatly after from the billing page to associate your forum nick with the payment, then a link confirming your profile (double check the profile thing, I found some things wrong, I think they make some things wrong so you will set it right and then confirm it), then a final link will activate it. Email the subscription email thats mentioned at the top of this forum, it takes a day or two for them to respond unfortunately, but they do eventually. I had a similar problem myself, but eventually got it activated.

Never got a conformation e-mail 🙁, only a payment conformation from iBill. Guess I'll just have to wait and see if they reply. Sigh.....

Yes, but did ibill pop up a link to go to after you finished paying? Thats what happened when I paid.

Yeah the page poped up, I printed it and clicked on proceed to account creation and it asked for my Nickname and password. Typed that in and it told my told logon in the subscriber logon page. Didn't work.

Hmm, well just wait for the response from subscriber@anandtech.com email then I guess. Not much else you can do. It took them a day or 2 last time I tried that email, just make sure you gave them all the info you posted here, etc.

It took Anand a few hours to respond to my problem but my account is now working perfectly and the operation is nearly instantaneous. Besides, I now have an E-mail directly from the MAN himself.
