Anyone know how to change the Folder backgrounds in XP?

I'm trying to change how the backgrounds of specific folders appear. I know I was able to set images to be the backgrounds in 2k but I can't figure it out for XP. Any help?
 
Help and Support --> Customizing your Computer --> Files, Folders, and Programs --> Change the Appearance of a single folder

Is that what you needed?
