theNEOone - you'll be hard pressed to find any figures on this, but I'd be shocked if it turned out that the average pc user upgrades their pc at all, at least as far as the people on this board would understand it. I'd expect that the average pc user just buys a new system every 3-4 years (although i'd say that the cycle time on this is decreasing). Probably worried about voiding the warranty otherwise.
