Anyone know how I would go about getting large amounts of plastic?

Yes, you heard right. I need large amounts(IE, by the gallon...I'll need probably about 20 gallons to start, and then about 200 gallons in the end) of two-part(hopefully) plastic. It needs to be fairly good quality...color isn't a big issue, but black is best...white would be my next choice.

I know it's kind of a strange question, but I have no idea where to get it. I would think there must be plastic distributers all around the US, especially in the Chicago area(my location). Anyone know how I would go about getting my hands on this kind of stuff? I remember a while back some guy had made a Stormtrooper costume and used 10 gallon buckets of white plastic he got from somewhere, but the site is down and all I can turn up is plastic surgery.

As for the heating...not necessarily, AFAIK. You have one part of this stuff that is liquid, and another part that is the catalyst.
