Anyone know how I might be able to get my poll revived?

I made a poll asking 'who would Jesus waterboard?" and granted It is a controversial subject at the moment, but I believe that is all the more reason that it should be asked. I'm simply looking for honest opinions and I don't mean any offense to anyone and the conversation so far seems reasonable to me so I am at a loss to see any reason the thread should remain locked and would appreciate any advice anyone can give me on how I might be able to see it reopened.

To many idiotic postings in the thread and given the "historical" aspect of the figure, the poll would be a moot point.

It will stay locked.

Yet historical understandings differ between people as is evidenced by the variety of opinions on the question, and I'd simply like to have a larger sample group to provide a better idea of how the members of this forum stand on the question. As for the postings in the thread, I am still hoping to be able to respond to a number of them; and I'm also at a loss as to which peoples opinions you are referring to as idiotic?

I support the lockage. The thread should have just been about water torture. Throwing in the religious angle made no sense.

My intent is specifically for the question to be pondered from a theological perspective, what sense is there in stifling such inquiries?

Interesting thread. But do you really think you would get scientific honest reliable answers to your question? Make a vote blog you might get a better turn out... Good Luck.
