Anyone know FileMaker Pro?

I work as part-time student help at our university's med school and one of my bosses wants to be able to tabulate all the hours she spent seeing students per month. She has a FileMaker pro database of all the students and how much time she has spent with each one. She just wants to be able to know how many hours total a month she spends seeing students. I obviously have no expierence with FileMaker, so I was wondering if anyone could lend a hand.
