Anyone know anything about this ECS mATX socket 939 board?

This mATX mobo gets some decent reviews and has onboard video for those who don't game. I'm wondering if anyone can tell me if it has multiplier adjustments or how difficult it would be to OC a Venice core 3000+.

Foxconn make a Nforce4 mATX board, but don't know anything about that one either...

theres some overclocking options on this board, but since im not familiar with it id say head on over to Hardforums SFF section. they have been working on this and the Jetway board.
