ive been barraged with autodialer political "surveys" this past few weeks, im about ready to hunt them down and stick them inside the auto dialer.

I despise telemarketers as much as anyone, but as a serious answer to the OP don't buy autodialing equipment. There are plenty of services out there that you just upload an Excel file and it does the rest. They're not that expensive, and they often have advanced features built in to them like checking against the Do Not Call list or pressing a button to be removed from the list, etc.
