Anyone know anything about plumbing?

I've got a direct unvented hot water cylinder, but have noticed that there's a slight discharge from the pressure relief valve during the heating cycle.

It's 40 months old, and I don't think the previous owners ever got it serviced.

It's got an integral bubble expansion, and after replenishing the bubble things are much better - but there's still a small discharge (now a drop every 10-20 seconds, whereas it was a small trickle prior to replensihment). I'm guessing that this probably means that the relief valve has worn out due to prolonged operation with inadequate expansion.

Any other problems to look for after 3 years of neglect?
