anyone know anything about patent leather shoes?

I'm thinking about buying a pair of patent leather shoes from someone, but they have two spots on the front of the shoe. the seller claims that it's inside the patent leather. any possible way i can buff this out?

Plastic shoes are the suxxors. To answer your question, I don't think so. You may be able to camouflage it somehow though.
