Am looking into free dial-up alternatives for a friend; I myself pay only 10 bucks for mine but she's looking to pay bubkis. Naturally I figured Netzero's 10 hour a month plan, but then I saw a listing for Free Bobs ISP 1.0 which is Free Unlimited!

Is it too good to be true? If so, might there be other free unlimited dial-up ISPs? Nothing fancy, she just wants to be able to surf in peace...thanks!
