I ordered for new year gifts three dvd players they shipped only 1 but packing list showed 3, i spoke to customer service she siad she will mail it right away and i get it before december 31, i just called them CS said oops her messenge didnt go through to wait until monday.
 
i did complaint why I need contacts who can do something



we dont celebrate christmass so we give gifts on new years
