Anyone know about vintage japanese guitars?

Like it says, anyone know anything about vintage japanese guitars? I just got a Greco Thinline Hollowbody Electric, but I can't find anything specific about this model. There are pics here:

Also, I'm gonna have to do some work on the electronics (volume knobs and pickups) so if anyone could give me any clues as to do that properly, I'd appreciate any help there.

Thanks, that does help some. I've searched far and wide across the internet, and was unable to find a specific model that matches what I've got. I guess the next step is actually posting in one of those groups.

The forums at Tokai Registry have a decent amount of traffic, some of the guys are pretty knowledgeable about Japanese guitars in general. I don't know how much they talk about Greco there, but it's probably worth a shot.

Try Harmony Central too. And the guitar newsgroups as mentioned.

Thanks for the link, I poked around their forums and I think I may be able to get some help there. There's definitely more info on Grecos there than anywhere else I've been able to find.
Harmony Central just has one review for a similar guitar, but it's not the same one.
I'll be taking it in for repairs, probably this weekend... maybe I'll find out something then.
