I am curious about the application of a venturi type tube, also known as vortex, and hilsch tubes, and many other names.
Basicaly, from the way I see it, they use a device like an air compressor to feed the air into a T shaped tube, with the air coming in on the vertical, and exiting on the horizontal. Somehow they get hot air out of one side, and cold air out of the other side.
I am curious if anyone has used this in case cooling, if they know about the physics of it, would it be possible to make a venturi tube like contraption thats blowing the hot air out of the case, and the cold into the case, and have this all be fed by a 120 mm case fan.
Please reply to this if you can help me, or know a site that has do it yourself plans. Thanks.
