Anyone know a website to find replacement parts for TV's?

I have a Sharp TV and the buttons for the Power and volume broke off and are inside the TV (cheap ass plastic). It seems senseless to take it to some genious TV repair shop and pay out the wahzoo to replace a $.20 part, and get the TV back 2 months later.

Is there a website out there where you can find these types of parts?
