anyone know a rental car company that will allow people under the age of 21 to drive in florida?

Try Enterprise. On their website they have an age option for the search. I quickly put in 18 - 20 and Orlando Airport and pulled up some options for renting a car.

Try Budget too. They will in most states that allow it, but will charge an extra insurance fee....the fee will vary from $15-30 extra per day. It's best if you have an older travelbuddy to get the car.

Try auto dealerships like Toyota and Ford. Some dealerships have a rental department that rents fleet vehicles for cheap.
