Anyone know a program that will "rip" a website?

I need to rip this site which is a main page with links to about 20 other pages which have image galleries on them, each gallery has 20 image thumbs and a link to the fullsized image. Is there any easy way to rip this site?

I ended up using WGET, its going rite now but really slow since the site is slow...

Oh eyah its just images off the CENTCOM website, im fasinated by iraq/troops/war.
