Anyone know a place to get rdram?

My friend has a dual 800 dell, and he need to get 512MB pc600 ecc ram (two 256). I don't know jack about rdram except that it is expensive. Anyone know of a place where they have cheap ram?

Trash the PC600 RDRAM and get PC800. The PC600 stuff runs slower than conventional PC133 SDRAM. Our local Rambus pal fkloster seems to swear by Dallas Memory.

Jeez guys calm down, yes PC600 RDRAM performs worse than PC133, but so does PC100 and lots of use still use PC100. Even PC66 for some Celeron users. Having slightly slower RAM isn't the end of the world, and Rambus prices aren't so absurd anymore....and if you consider the fact that try now SDRAM is ridiculously cheap RDRAM really isn't that badly priced. It's less expensive than SD was a few months ago.
