I also vote for Trillian. While I do use ICQ once in a while, mainly I'm only on AIM with Tril and it is the best, for everything.

i use DeadAIM .. i should update to a new AIM to take advantage of tabbed IMs.

I'm still using the version of AIM+ for AIM 4.something. It works fine, but should I upgrade to v.5 and use DeadAIM with it?

Deadaim rocks - you can use the latest version AIM w/ it.

Trillian takes up too much memory IMO but it's still solid.
