Anyone just recently get Verizon DSL?

Did you get your username and password through the account activation using the setup CD? 2 years ago I got Verizon DSL and they sent it in the mail but they seem to be doing things differently now. The stupid software keeps saying my zipcode doesn't match my phone #. Damn Verizon. Can't even contact their technical support because "our line is overloaded with people waiting." Gee I wonder why.
 
well u need the username and pw to get onto your emails and etc. they used to pack it in with the equipment but i guess they changed it. i think it's not working for me cuz my technical starting date is this thursday according to billing.
