Anyone interested in sharing a server?

I was looking into obtaining a dedicated or co-located server, but can not afford one by my self. I was looking to see if anyone would be interested in sharing the space and bandwidth (mainly people looking for large chunks and not small ones). It depends if I co-locate or get a dedicated. Right now I am looking at a dedicated server and that would amount to 15GB of space and 100GB of Bandwidth for about $50-60/month. Included would be an Ensim control panel so you can manage everything yourself if you choose to and even resell and setup your own users. I would be willing to get the dedicated server first thing and get you all set up by tomorrow evening if I can find at least two people interested in that pricing so I can afford this thing. Of course this is flexible. Let me know if you are interested. Thanks.

BTW, it would be on a HP 2.0GHz server w/ 512MB of RAM.

I've got a fully stocked 2U that's waiting to be co-located

Dual 1.2Ghz Intel Pentium III's(512K L2cache each)
2GB PC133 ECC Registered RAM
4x9.1GB SCSI HDD's in a RAID 5 array(hotswappable - 27G total)
AIT-1 Tape drive for back up



Only problem is i'm short on cash to pay a monthly co-lo fee. Most places charge about $200/month for a 2U.
