Anyone interested in seeing some WW2 photos?

Scanning a bunch of photos for my place. Ive been going through my grandpas old photo album and scanning stuff to print out. I don't have them ready to display on the web quite yet, but I should have them ready in a couple of days to show. Bunch of photos from him in the pacific.

Anyone interested?

I also scanned them at 1200DPI, so do you people want them at high res, or do you just want to see them online?

Definitely. WW2 always intrigued me. These would be of great help for making maps for Wolfenstein or other WW2 game too. RTCW2 officially announced.

We are studying WW2 right now in my history class. I just hope we get to Vietnam by the end of the year. My teacher was in Vietnam. He was spec ops. His codename was 'Snake'. Sounds cheesy, I know, but it is very true. I love hearing him talk about the war and what not. I wish there was a way to find an old picture of him from that war or something.

Awesome! :beer: I'm a WWII nut and I'm always interested in anything related to WWII. Hi res would be nice, it's your call though. Look forward to checking them out.

Those look to be B-25s bombing a supply ship? Got any info on that pic? If you have the info on each particular pic that would be excellent!

I cannot believe that either.. It sickens me when I think of the horrid treatment recieved from the Nazis in WW2.
