Anyone install their own plasma/lcd?

I've mounted 2 other plasmas, but never attempted to put the wires behind the wall.
What can i use to cleanly finish the hole that the wires come out to my components?

I'd hate to leave it open and have sheetrock dust constantly falling out.
Plus I can feel a draft coming from the hole?

I've done this.... I went to home depot and found some "outlet covers" except instead of having the outlet cutouts, they just had a single hole about 1.5 inches in diameter. I fished the wires through that cover, then through the wall, then attached the cover to the wall. Looks very nice IMO. I did the same thing at the other end where the wires come back out.
