anyone in San Diego or So Cal with NetFlix? or anyone who never got their DVDs?

i signed up for it on Jan 3rd, they said they shippedon the 5th and i should receive it by the 7th, but today's the 11th already and i still haven't received them..so i reported them as never received and theyre shipping them out again.. just wondering has this happened to anyone else before? also is there anywhere on the netflix site where i can find out where their distribution centers are located?

I'm in SoCal and it happened to me once.

Just said I never got it, and that was it. No questions, no problems, no fees.

I have used netflix with great success for almost a year. One time I didn't get a dvd they said they sent, that was right at the beginning of my subscription. They have a DC in Los Angeles and another in San Jose.
