Anyone in France? Question about taxes and computer equipment

I am selling an 8800GTX on Fleabay and this guy in France says he wants it even with the 120 that UPS will charge for shipping. That would put the cards price at ~620. Is that less than what they are going for in France?

Not sure about France, but Sweden is ~$800, Germany and the UK are both ~$700, so it wouldn't suprise me if prices in France were over $620.

A new one (from FNAC - which is a retail price store in France) is 699 Euros (including a controller and headset).

FNAC offers 5% off with its club card which makes it 664 Euros = 870 USD so possibly not a scam - although FNAC tends to be on the expensive side
