Yep. I got a debit card from my bank when I was 16. Since it's a visa it works on all sites that require a credit card to verify you're 18. Don't ask me how I know. 😉

I think it doesn't matter what the age limit is, since there are ways around it. THough it would make things pretty curious if under someones name, # of posts and join date it said their age..
