I'm curious to know if anyone here has an account with slhost? Are you experiencing problems?

I have an account with them and due to issues that I'm currently experiencing (sales team disabled my account without telling me, and been waiting for 5 for an answer as to why)

I'm looking for a new VPS home at this point. What I have with slhost is unacceptable.
