For reasons that I don't understand, I notice the app logs me out of my accounts after a few days or so. I don't want that to happen as some of my email accounts have complex passwords and it's a pain in the ass to type them in again every few days or so. Is there a way to stop this from happening?

Can emails be downloaded for offline use? I get the feeling that the emails will become inaccessible should I lose internet access.

This happens to me in Outlook, OneNote and OneDrive too. I have long and complex passwords, it's a giant pain in the a** for me too... Didn't find any way to do this. The only MS app that doesn't log me out is Skype.

Sorry I can't help you, looking for some help myself.

It doesn't do that for me but I'm only using it for Hotmail. Guessing here, but could it be a business account you're connected that that requires this by a policy?

I don't use OneNote and OneDrive on Android so I can't confirm that. I don't have any issues with Skype either. Outlook is a nice email app, but this is a dealbreaker for me.

If you go into the web Outlook settings, and burrow into Security, everything look normal/okay? No unexplained access attempts? 2FA enabled, app passwords used where needed, etc etc?

Do you have it running on the desktop anywhere? Do you have a timeout on the desktop as well (thinking maybe that could somehow sync across as well) OOOhhh what about a Win8 app? Any settings there that could affect you?

Good luck.
