I have found on alot of sites such as DeskMod,Deviant Art, Customize...etc there are skins for a prog called "Notepad pro"
 
Never heard. I use Visual Studio because I can select columns for editing. Or vi for Windows if the editing is repetitive. I don't see any use for a poor editor such as Notepad. And there's also Wordpad, slightly better. I liked Nedit, but I don't think they ported it to Windows.

I used to use it. But since DreamweaverMX came out, haven't had the need to. DreamweaverMX runs beautifully.

However, you are still stuck on notepad format, then it is a great program.

I also use Dreamweaver MX for my web dev stuff (php, xhtml, css, etc.), but UltraEdit is still good for editing config files and all other sorts of misc. tasks. 🙂
